The Lead Field Service Technician is responsible for a crew of two and a service truck with a 10,000 pound crane. Employees will report to the office every morning and at the end of the day. Crews are responsible for preforming routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and service of customers’ pumping systems. This position is also responsible for ensuring the customers’ requirements are met and the task is finished successfully.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform routine maintenance of customer equipment

- Perform troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment

- Provide removal and installation of customers equipment

- Communicate with customers to keep them up to date on their service

- Complete and submit field service tickets daily with accurate descriptions of work and parts used for repairs

- Complete accurate write up reports so the office can quote additional repairs needed  

- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as well as safe driving practices

Qualifications:

· Strong mechanical & single phase/three phase electrical background

· Previous experience with pumps & controls a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Self-starter and ability to follow procedures

- Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Able to work productively as part of a team

- Clean NJ Driver’s License a Must

If you receive a job offer, you’ll need to have a pre-employment physical at our expense. The exam will include a drug test and respirator fitness exam. You’ll need to be clean shaven to take the respiratory fitness test.
